Nekomori is responsible for the content published on this website. Nekomori currently trades as an unincorporated shop and has no registered entity or published postal address yet. A fictitious business name filing is in progress and both will be listed here once it completes.

2. Hosting and platform

The storefront and checkout run on the Shopify commerce platform, provided by Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada. Shopify hosts the checkout, processes order data on our behalf and is not the seller of the products offered here. Payment processing, delivery and analytics are handled by service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual property

The Nekomori name, logo, brand illustrations, site design, product copy, guides and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Nekomori and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, resale, framing or systematic extraction without our prior written permission is not permitted.

Product names, brands and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the goods offered.

4. Product imagery and descriptions

Products are printed to order. Every image in a product gallery is labelled with what it is — the original artwork, a digital mockup prepared by our print partner, or a photograph of a printed sample — and until a sample of a design has been photographed, its product page says so plainly rather than presenting a mockup as a photograph. How each design was created, including where AI tools were used, is recorded on its product page and on nekomori.io/craft.

We aim to describe fabrics, measurements and print placements accurately. Colors can differ between screens and between fabric lots, and the blank-garment manufacturer occasionally revises specifications without notice.

5. Reviews

Every review shown on this site was written about an order Nekomori fulfilled. They arrive from Nekomori customers directly, or through the review app we use to collect them. We do not import reviews from marketplace listings, we do not reuse reviews across different products, and we do not pay for reviews. Submissions are moderated before publication, and moderation is applied on the same terms to every review regardless of its rating. Only reviews with confirmed purchase evidence receive a “Verified buyer” badge.

6. No professional advice

The guides on this site are general information about how the work is made and how printed garments behave. They are not professional advice of any kind. We sell printed apparel; we do not sell anything intended to be eaten, worn by an animal, or used for its health.

7. Garment care and print variation

Direct-to-garment prints last longest washed cold and inside out, dried low or hung, and kept away from bleach, fabric softener and direct ironing. Slight variation between print runs and fabric lots is normal for this process. The size chart on each product page states its source; where it is the blank manufacturer’s specification rather than a measured sample, it says so. Section 8 of our Terms of Service covers care in full.

8. Advertising and measurement

This site uses advertising and analytics technologies, which may include Meta, TikTok and Google tags, to measure marketing performance and show relevant advertising. Details of what is collected and the choices available to you, including opt-out rights under applicable state privacy laws, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Accessibility

We want this store to be usable by everyone and work to keep it compatible with current accessibility standards. If you encounter a barrier on any page, email hello@nekomori.io with the page address and a description, and we will address it and help you complete your purchase in the meantime.

10. Copyright and content complaints

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email hello@nekomori.io with the address of the page, identification of the material, evidence of your rights, your contact details and a statement that the complaint is made in good faith. We review every notice and remove or correct material where the complaint is well founded.

11. Errors and availability

We correct errors in pricing, descriptions and availability as soon as we find them, including after an order has been placed. Section 4 of our Terms of Service explains how order acceptance and cancellation work in that situation. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption.

12. Governing law

This notice and the operation of this website are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your place of residence require a different result.

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the business, the website or applicable law. The current version is always the one published here, with the “Last updated” date above.
